Mediprocity wants to establish a lasting partnership with your organization and would like to create some goals and so you gain maximum value using Mediprocity. We do not want to sell you a software package that you pay for and never fully roll out. We would like to garner a full commitment from you on working diligently to meet the below guidelines necessary for an A+ rollout of our product!

Identify the name of the individual that will be your super admin who will help to drive usage, approve users and spearhead the Mediprocity initiative. This individual will have the ability to communicate with your customer base and will work with Mediprocity to connect your customers with our training sessions.
By the end of the first month please establish a date for your entire pharmacy to be trained on Mediprocity. The goal is to have all users at the pharmacy level fully trained.
By month two please have your super admin connect Mediprocity with 5 of your accounts to be trained and rolled out. Identify key areas of use (i.e.: clarification / insurance)
By month three please have your super admin connect Mediprocity with 10 of your accounts to be trained.
By month four please have your super admin connect Mediprocity with 15 of your accounts to be trained.
By month five please have your super admin conference with Mediprocity training to review usage and action plan to continue growth of customer base and messaging.
By month ten please have your super admin conference with Mediprocity training to review usage and continued action plan for growth.
